Online Reservations
Reservations made online qualify for discounts posted. All reservations not paid for and
completed online are subject to current drive-up rates. Please be sure to check you e-mail
for your confirmation number and payment verification. Your confirmation receipt should be
delivered shortly after you reserve your space. Thank you.
Rate Calculation
Online and Drive Up Rates are calculated by calendar day. Each day begins at midnight. A
one hour grace period is allowed both for arrivals beginning at 11pm and departures
through 1am. Please feel free to contact us directly with any additional questions.
Parking Reservation Cancellations
To cancel a parking reservation, please send an email to reservations@extracar.com. Please be sure to include your first and
last name, your request for cancellation, email address, and confirmation number.
Processing your cancellation and credit may take 3 - 5 business days but are most often
responded to within 48 hours. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hour advance notice
prior to arrival date and time will incur a one-day fee.
Extensions
Parking stay extensions are accepted at current drive-up rates.
If you want to reserve parking spaces from our website, it is necessary to register first.
Theregistration process simply asks for you name, address, email address, and password. It
take sabout 2 minutes and is completely secure. After you register, reserving your parking
is a snap.
Shuttle Service
Extra Car Airport Parking, Inc. free and continuous shuttle service to and from the
parking garage level 3, 365 Days a Year, 24 Hours per day. The Parking Garage Level 3 is
the designated load and unload zone for all shuttle services off terminal. Because we are
located only 4 blocks north of the Seattle Tacoma Airport, it is a very quick and
convenient ride. Please allow yourself 15 minutes for check in and shuttle service.

AAA/AARP Discounts
No further discounts apply to internet rates.

Extra Car Airport Parking, Inc. reservations booked online are for our main lot, "Lot 1"
at 16300 International Blvd.
Group/Corporate Discounts
Additional Group/Corporate Discounts are available for parking. Please contact Kimberly at

From I-5 South, exit #154 /Seatac Airport;Hwy 518 Burien, take the exit to Hwy 99 South,
travel to the third light, make a U-Turn (at Motel 6) and we will then be on the right
hand side. 16300 International Blvd.
From I-5 North, exit #154B /Seatac Airpot;Hwy 518 Burien, take the first exit to Hwy 99
South, travel to the third light, make a U-Turn (at Motel 6) and we will then be on the
right hand side. 16300 International Blvd.
From I-405, take the Hwy 99 South exit, travel to the third light. make a U-Turn (at Motel
6) and we are located on the left hand side. 16300 International Blvd.
Credit Card Charges
Credit cards are charged at the time of reservations. Your credit card statement will
reflect payment in full.
Over Sized Vehicles
Prices quoted are based on Standard Sized Vehicles ONLY. (Grand Dodge Caravan size, or
overall length of 17 feet) Oversized vehicles are vehicles larger than mini vans and are
subject to additional fees and space availability. Pick Up Trucks that are 4 door,
extended beds will not be accepted. Dually pick up trucks will not be accepted. The
website does not recognized vehicle makes and models when populating this field online.
