Parking Reservation Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted 24 hours in advance. Reservations that are cancelled the same day are subject to a 1 day cancellation fee. Reservations not cancelled are subject to full charges. To cancel or modify your reservation, please email our location directly at reservations@extracar.com. Include your name and reservation number, as well a notice that you wish to cancel or modify your reservation. Cancellations are processed within 3 - 5 business days except during Holiday periods where the processing times can exceed 5 business days.
